​How Do I Place an Order?​
  1. Select the item you'd like to purchase. you will now be directed to the individual product page

  2. For items with multiple colors, select the color you'd like. (If you hover over the color icon with your mouse, you will be able to see the color description)

  3. after selecting the color you'd like, use the drop-down box to select the size you want.

  4. After selecting your desired size and color, choose your quantity by using the 'up and down' arrows in the quantity box

  5. Then select "add to cart"

  6. You can either continue to shop for more items, or proceed to checkout 

  7. When you are ready to check out, hover over "cart" in the navigation bar with your mouse

  8. Your cart will drop down and you can select "checkout"

  9. After selecting "checkout" you will be directed to the "shopping cart" page. Here, you will be able to enter checkout codes for any gift certificates, store credits or discount that you may have

  10. select "checkout". you will now be directed to the "secure checkout" page

  11. on this page, you will enter your shipping and billing information. you can also select whether or not you want to process your transaction through Paypal. or wix payments

  12. after completing your shipping and billing (if not using PayPal) information, submit your order.

  13. Once you submit your order, you will receive a receipt. you will also receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of submitting your order



How can I track my package?

Log on to your account and click track order in the "order status "page. You can also email us at nadiocha2000@hotmail.com to get an update. Or simply visit usps.com or ups.com and copy paste there your tracking number.

What is the average processing time for an order?

after a cleared payment all orders placed during work hours will be shipped next day and it takes between 2-3 days (for priority shipments of items $25 and above) to deliver

small items ships by first class takes 4-5 days to deliver

please note that shipping periods can vary during winter season.

If I change my mind on my order but it is already shipped, can I refuse the package?

No. Please accept the package and email us at nadiocha2000@hotmail.com . You have 24 hours after the standard order is placed to cancel/change it. Express orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Please call us at 973-452-1985 if you are past this deadline and we will do our best to assist you. While we will try our best to redirect the package back if it is shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping.
